Refund policy

Samples and travel sprays are generally final sale once shipped. An unopened, factory-sealed full-size retail bottle may be eligible within 30 days of delivery. Returns need approval and an RMA before anything is sent back. To start a return: Contact Customer Support with your order number, the item, and its condition to request a return. Wait for approval and an RMA, and do not send it back until you receive the packing and shipping instructions.
